• Performance Features: Made of high-strength steel such as Q235B, Q355B or aluminum alloy, matched with hinged seismic joints, it can withstand seismic loads with horizontal acceleration ≥0.6g, absorb seismic energy and reduce cable tray displacement. A single bracket can bear 50-500kg. Utilizing the triangular stable structure, it has strong anti-overturning ability. It can be adapted to various specifications of cable trays such as trough type, and is suitable for multiple building scenarios and wall structures. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanization and other processes, and the service life can reach more than 20 years when used outdoors.
• Structural Design: It is equipped with longitudinal, transverse and vertical seismic supports. The accessories are standardized, allowing rapid on-site assembly without welding, and convenient for later adjustment. The material is non-combustible, and the base can be shared with other electromechanical seismic braces.
• Applicable Scenarios and Specifications: It is suitable for areas with seismic fortification intensity ≥6 degrees, especially buildings such as hospitals and schools. The spacing of horizontal cable tray seismic braces shall be ≤18m (seismic fortification intensity 6-7 degrees) or ≤12m (seismic fortification intensity 8-9 degrees), the spacing of vertical cable trays shall be ≤4m, and at least one set shall be installed on each floor.
• Seismic Bracing for Air Ducts
• Performance Features: By limiting the displacement of air ducts and controlling vibration, it reduces the risk of air ducts falling off and breaking during earthquakes, and ensures the normal operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems after earthquakes.
• Design Standards and Specifications: In accordance with Code for Seismic Design of Building Electromechanical Engineering (GB 50981), in areas with seismic fortification intensity ≥6 degrees, air ducts with diameter ≥80mm need to be installed with seismic braces. The spacing of the braces and seismic load shall be calculated based on the seismic fortification category of the building, the material of the air duct, the pipe diameter and other parameters.
• Main Components: It consists of anchors, seismic connecting components, load-bearing hangers and seismic joint accessories. Expansion bolts are commonly used as anchors, C-shaped channel steel is mostly used as seismic connecting components, the load-bearing hanger is composed of hangers and cross arms, and the joint accessories ensure the firm connection of all components.
• Material Requirements: Most components are made of Q235B carbon steel, with galvanized surface (galvanized layer thickness ≥65μm) or sprayed anti-corrosion coating.
• Application Scenarios: It is widely used in ventilation, air conditioning and smoke prevention and exhaust systems of public buildings such as hospitals, shopping malls and subways, as well as high-rise residential buildings.
• Seismic Bracing for Water Pipes
• Performance Features: It can effectively limit the displacement of water pipes during earthquakes, control the vibration of facilities, change the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline system, significantly reduce the response under seismic action, and reduce the risk of water pipes breaking and falling off.
• Structural Composition: It is usually composed of anchors, reinforced hangers, seismic connecting components and seismic diagonal braces, which firmly connect the water pipes with the building structure to form a complete force-bearing system.
• Materials and Anti-corrosion: Carbon steel (such as Q235B/Q345) is mainly used, and the surface is treated with hot-dip galvanization or epoxy coating. Galvanized steel materials have high hardness, no deformation and good durability.
• Installation Features: It is a combined component with prefabricated construction, no welding or drilling is required, and the installation speed is fast. There are many types of standard components, with good versatility and combinability, and the supports and hangers can be shared with other majors.
